Maximilian Teske
M. Sc. Maximilian Teske has been working as a Junior Consultant at Consentec since October 2024. He obtained his Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg, specializing in Electrical Power Engineering and Energy Economics. During his studies, he worked intensively on conceptual approaches to promoting the expansion of renewable energy, on examining options for ensuring adequate generation capacity in the German power market, and on conducting model-based analyses of the market integration of energy storage systems with regard to economic efficiency and system value. At Consentec, his work focuses on techno-economic topics of European distribution and transmission networks as well as on simulation-based quantitative electricity market analyses. In addition, Mr. Teske addresses regulatory issues related to the design of the future electricity market and incentive regulation.
