Short report “DataFlex Marktdesign” published

With the LeistungspreisPlus model, TenneT Germany and TransnetBW GmbH have developed a market design for integrating distributed Energy Resources into congestion management that is both practical and avoids conventional Inc-Dec gaming. In a qualitative expert assessment, Consentec and Neon Neue Energieökonomik evaluated the design with respect to incentive compatibility, practical feasibility, and economic efficiency. Open questions regarding the model's efficiency, which could not be conclusively addressed within the project, are intended to be examined in a subsequent pilot implementation.
