Study “Regional Coordination of Reliable Capacities – Assessing Effects and Benefits in the Penta Region” published

Commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, Consentec and r2b energy consulting examined the benefits of stronger cross-border coordination for resource adequacy in the Penta region. The results show that coordinated approaches can reduce the need for additional reliable capacity and improve efficiency without compromising security of supply. The study was published here.
